How did the COVID-19 outbreak and control measures influence physical activity and screen time in school children: findings from 11 European countries

A survey on physical activity and screen time was distributed to n=8997 children in 11 European countries (Russia, Hungary, Spain, Poland, Italy, Romania, Belgium, France, Portugal, Germany, Slovenia). Preliminary results show that following a schedule and spending more than 2 hours outdoors each day during the pandemic increases physical activity and reduces screen time of children and adolescents more than the level of restrictions due to the pandemic.

The results can be found here.
